  • Order Number: Clearly state the order number associated with your service.
  • Description of the Issue: Provide a detailed description of the issue you encountered.
  • Supporting Documentation: Include any relevant documents, such as screenshots or emails, to substantiate your claim.

Our team will acknowledge receipt of your request within 2 business days and will begin the review process.

3. Refund Evaluation

Once a request is received, our team will conduct a thorough evaluation within 5 business days. We reserve the right to request additional information or clarification regarding the service in question. This step ensures that we fully understand the context of the request and can make an informed decision.

4. Approval and Processing of Refunds

If the refund request is approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method. Clients can expect the refund to be completed within 14 business days. Please note that any transaction fees charged by payment processors will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Payment Provider: We utilize SumUp as our payment provider. Clients should keep in mind that the time it takes for the funds to appear in their account may vary based on their bank’s processing times.

5. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services may be non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Customized projects or consultations that have already commenced.
  • Services specifically labeled as non-refundable at the time of purchase.
  • Any licenses or digital products that have been activated.

Clients will be informed of any non-refundable terms prior to the confirmation of service.

6. Cancellations and Changes

Clients wishing to cancel or modify a service must do so at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service time. Cancellations made within this timeframe may incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service cost.
